Wendy Rowley currently serves as the Human Resources and Payroll Manager at White River Academy, where she began her journey in 2025 as a Parent Liaison. With over 16 years of experience in the financial and banking industry, Wendy brings strong organizational, customer service, and administrative expertise to her role.
Wendy is passionate about supporting both employees and clients at White River Academy and finds great fulfillment in helping make a positive difference each day. One of the most rewarding aspects of her work is witnessing the growth and transformation of clients as they progress through treatment, supported by the dedication of the academy’s staff and clinicians. Seeing clients gain confidence, develop new skills, and move forward on their life journey is a constant source of inspiration for her.
Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren, as well as her two Golden Retrievers. Her dedication to people, both professionally and personally, is reflected in everything she does.
