Brennon is a Certified Social Worker (CSW) and mental health therapist with experience providing therapy to adolescents and adults in outpatient, school-based, and community mental health settings. He earned a bachelor’s degrees in Psychology and Family Life & Human Development from Southern Utah University and a Master of Social Work from Brigham Young University.
As a therapist, I strive to create a genuine, supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives. I believe strong therapeutic relationships are at the heart of growth, and I work to help clients identify their strengths while developing practical skills to navigate life’s challenges. I have a particular passion for working with young men who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and questions surrounding identity and purpose.
Growing up in rural southern Utah taught me the value of community, hard work, and perseverance. In my personal life, I love sports, movies, music, and travel. My experiences as a collegiate athlete and therapist have shaped my belief that lasting growth comes from focusing on consistent effort and progress rather than perfection. My goal is to help clients build confidence, develop resilience, and create lives that align with their values.
