Thomas Howell serves as the Assistant Program Director at White River Academy. He joined the organization in 2021 as support staff, advancing through management into his current leadership role, where he now oversees support staff, managers, scheduling, and general operations.
Bringing over 15 years of experience as a software engineer, Thomas uniquely leverages his IT background to build management tools and data-tracking systems that optimize staff coordination and streamline overall program logistics. His extensive history of youth mentorship includes serving as a Scoutmaster and in ecclesiastical leadership.
Driven by a passion for the academy’s vision, Thomas is dedicated to supporting his team and guiding young men through transformative growth to find lasting hope and a fresh start.
