Loren Pence brings more than 20 years of experience working with at-risk youth and individuals facing life challenges. Throughout his career, he has developed a diverse skill set spanning youth mentorship, facility operations, technology systems, maintenance, and infrastructure management.
His practical problem-solving abilities and willingness to take on a wide variety of responsibilities make him a valuable member of the White River Academy and Mountain Valley Recovery teams. Known for his adaptability and hands-on approach, Loren supports many aspects of daily operations, helping ensure that both programs provide a safe, functional, and supportive environment for clients and staff alike.
Outside of work, Loren enjoys spending time outdoors, particularly fishing and hunting. He values hard work, self-reliance, and helping others overcome challenges and reach their potential.
