Jamie Orullian has been a dedicated member of the White River Academy team for nearly 11 years. She began her career as a Parent Liaison, later serving as Event Coordinator before being appointed Program Director in 2022.
Jamie earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Human Development, with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Relations, from Utah State University. With a background in social work and family systems, she is passionate about helping individuals and families heal and build stronger futures.
Her greatest professional fulfillment comes from seeing young men regain control of their lives, repair relationships, and develop the skills needed for lasting success. She believes meaningful change is possible through compassionate support, accountability, and effective treatment.
Outside of work, Jamie enjoys fast cars, warm weather, and chocolate. She treasures time spent with her husband and their seven children, who remain her greatest source of joy and inspiration. Her faith in Jesus Christ and her service with youth in her church reflect her commitment to helping others find hope, purpose, and lasting growth.
